We are looking for a committed follower of Jesus Christ passionate about teaching and nurturing children in their faith journey. As a Sunday School teacher, you will lead and teach the children in grades 4-6 during our Sunday service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach Sunday School lessons that are age-appropriate, engaging, and biblically sound

• Foster a safe and welcoming environment for the children to learn and grow in their understanding of God's Word

• Encourage participation and interaction among the children during the lessons and activities

• Work collaboratively with other Sunday School teachers and church staff

• Attend regular meetings and training sessions for Sunday School teachers

Requirements

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ who is actively growing in their faith

• Regular attendance of our church services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English

• Experience working with children in a teaching or mentoring capacity is preferred but not required

• Plan to Protect certification is preferred; training will be provided if necessary
